Posted by TriggerAzura October 13, 2011 at 11:48 am. Report Abuse The only problem with going round would be to make the sun round too! That would make solar/lunar eclipses possible. The square Moon works at the moment and I don't have a problem with it, but, adding phases to the moon wouldn't look as good on it's current square shape I feel so Round moon :D
Posted by Newbunkle October 13, 2011 at 11:47 am. Report Abuse Round! The round one looks good. More importantly, if there are phases then the moon shouldn't always be directly opposite the sun. Posted by Whattup October 13, 2011 at 11:47 am. Report Abuse Round is still blocky, anyone saying minecraft needs squares don't realize you can make a circle with a cluster of squares

Posted by Matt L. October 13, 2011 at 11:47 am. Report Abuse It's Minecraft! Everything should have right angles. That's kind of the point isn't it? And by the by, you could still do phases with a square moon...just saying. Posted by Zombiehunter67 October 13, 2011 at 11:47 am. Leave it ROUND! How can you make moon cycles with a Square moon!? Second, the round moon has square pixils so people should still be happy! Posted by Joe in reply to AJ October 13, 2011 at 11:47 am. Report Abuse

While square fits the theme of the blocky world, round means for much more interesting moon phases. A bit torn, but I vote round overall. If I wanted it round, I would download a texture pack. SQUARE FOR LIFE. I can't believe people are impersonating me
