Report Abuse Oh, it's made of individual pixels that you can hardly see when alone? And THAT gives it the minecraft feel, not the fact you can actually tell it's a square.

Report Abuse Square moon would imply theres a square edge to the planet you're on, when in fact, you can move an infinite distance in any direction. THEREFORE. The moon should be rounded (still made of blocks) as the world of Minecraft, is indeed round and made of blocks at the same time!
For everyone voting round only because they want to see Moon phases, please understand that a square moon can also have phases. I prefer Square because it maintains the originally nature of the game. Report Abuse Lets say you could travel to the minecraft moon, and you could walk all over it. Gravity doesn't work like it should because you can only stand on the top. 1 giant Block moon equals you fall off the edge and die.
