I definately vote Square. Square is the essence of Minecraft, and much of the charm of it. But, since a lot of people want round, perhaps the best option is to give people the option themselves. So implement both Posted by Kakudanos in reply to Hrafn October 14, 2011 at 2:03 am. Report Abuse Dude totally!!!! I think everyone would be happy if they had the option to implement either one! awesome idea!!

If your choice doesn't win, get a texture pack! Posted by Corporal_Dirge October 14, 2011 at 2:00 am. Report Abuse Add in enough squares rotating around a center point and it'll appear like a star and semi-round. Posted by PRAEst76 October 14, 2011 at 1:59 am. Report Abuse I vote for square, but I also vote for a user toggle. Posted by It's Me Everbody! October 14, 2011 at 1:59 am. Report Abuse I would say round... I'm kind of a traditional guy... but that's just not how minecraft was meant to be. Posted by uhhhhhhhh October 14, 2011 at 1:59 am. Report Abuse it should be a star shape, most def Posted by Pokeking135 October 14, 2011 at 1:57 am. Report Abuse Square Posted by Arclight October 14, 2011 at 1:57 am. Report Abuse It should be square like everything else in the game. It's just not minecraft with a round sun. i just don't cara about moon/sun shape. The problem is that in minecraft, everything is squared. To have a round moon, it disrupts the true balance of minecraft.
I vote for square, or better said, I vote for the option to switch between both. A far wiser method. Posted by DragonDew October 14, 2011 at 1:55 am. Report Abuse Menu - settings - sun moon shape - square or circle
Problem solved Posted by Anna Gnomis in reply to DragonDew October 14, 2011 at 2:00 am. Report Abuse Ha, wow, obvious troll. The issue here is not the shape of the moon. Yeah, I don't care about that. I care about putting up a poll for your fans and ignoring the end result. I mean, it's kind of a dick move. But here I am, pretending like you care about honest debate.
Posted by I QQ ALL DAY IN MAH BAISMANT in reply to Anna Gnomis October 14, 2011 at 2:22 am. Report Abuse honest debate? read his comments before the poll was even posted. He even said in a joking manner that he would take the poll seriously. So stop being a little cunt about the
situation and get over it. He even said it in his twitter, he took the idc votes as
"you decide". Don't take shit like this too seriously, I don't even want to imagine
how you react to situations like these
that are more personal.

Round it only if you can make it look actually "round" if its going to look like a REALLY obnoxious polygon, dont do it.
