Round seems to be loosing, but when you think about it, the round moon/sun are in the pre-release already and the "don't care" option basicaly means round wins. That is unless don't care votes just don't count on anything aside from people just voting to vote. Posted by Iomegadrive1 October 14, 2011 at 12:53 am. Posted by AppleSoup: Square! in reply to God October 14, 2011 at 12:54 am. Report Abuse The square moon is being covered up by clouds, and the round one seems brighter. I'm sure Notch could brighten up the square one too.
Keep it square! It's Minecraft!! the sun and moon is still square but it form like a circle THIS IS WHAT MAKES MINECRAFT MINECRAFT! DO NOT TAKE THIS AWAY! Posted by ROUND in reply to SQUARE October 14, 2011 at 12:53 am. Report Abuse Nonsense - Notch is what makes minecraft minecraft. Make a 'back in the alpha days' texturepack so that the rest of us can enjoy round moons and phases. With varying amounts of moonlight between nights!

Report Abuse it should be a setting so you can pick :D vote round...you wont get the cool stages of the moon with a square one...besides it not the first round thing in mine craft so it wont change anything...snow balls, ender pearls slime balls, eggs...etc also its not 100% round its made of squares still. moon should be round made of block because player should be able to travel there to gather rare materials.. and its shape then varies on how you mine it... :D GUYS BOTH!!!!! Posted by SQUARE: CLEARLY SUPERIOR October 14, 2011 at 12:51 am. Report Abuse Vote Square! Geometrically Superior! Vote Square! Because Minecraft deserves it! ROUND, a lot of squares in a round chape look like round /./
