He's not promoting either, he's giving an unbiased comparison so people can make up their minds properly without simply assuming round equals smooth ffs.

Posted by SmileyJeff October 14, 2011 at 12:39 am. Report Abuse Square! Because minecraft is about blocky things! YOU ARE FIGHTING WELL AND HARD, CUBIC MEN. JUST REMEMBER THE DAYS OF MINECRAFT PAST, SPENT BENEATH THAT SQUARE SUN AND MOON, AND YOU WILL CHOOSE THE RIGHT CHOICE. I got an idea maybe some phases would make a round moon while some other phases would make a square moon! then we'd both have the moon we want! Wait, for the don't care votes... wouldnt that mean they would go into the round votes if its allready in the pre-release? Posted by bjakke112 October 14, 2011 at 12:37 am. Report Abuse the moon should be "round". the world of minecraft is made of blocks but it isnt a big totally square block. thats why the moon should be round, because if we go there through a portal it wouldnt be flat... Posted by DaBattleNoob October 14, 2011 at 12:36 am. Report Abuse There are already circles in Minecraft like the Enderpearl or the Endereye, the Compass or the Clock. So why no round moon? It is not completely round of course. It will look a bit like an Enderpearl with that pixely circle. Believe it or not spheres and circles are already a big thing in Minecraft. Just look on all the buildings. There are not that much buildings completely without cirles and spheres. So please dont vote "sqare" just because of that 'round thing in a blocky world' it will fit in. I dont wanna force you to vote "round" but just vote whisely.
