It should be left square. Most blocks r square so the sun and moon should fit the theme.

    Blocks are square. The world is not.
    Squares can be placed into the shape of a circle. That is why the Moon and Sun should be round.

everyone wanting to see the moon round with it's phases really need to check out 1.9 prerelease 4. Test ride it if you will.

Round looks better, plus it's made up of millions of tiny squares, so square people can be happy knowing that.
