Each constituent part of the celestial bodies would be cube shaped, but that doesn't change the overall shape of the spheres. Just look at the trees and hills, they're not one big block are they - even though the parts that make the whole are blocky.

Report Abuse I honestly believe it should be a big sphere made up of blocks, like you sometimes see when you play multiplayer.
And then, we should be able to go up to it.

It's minecraft. ooooor just make a setting in the options menu to chose and change the sun/moon from the square to round it would be easy fast and you wouldnt need to allways spend 10 minutes editing the textures or downloading texture pack thats my idea 3 Dimensional round moon mad up of regular sized square blocks!
