To everyone who thinks that it can't be round because everything in Minecraft has to be cubes; do you not realise how far away the sun is? Have you never made anything round in Minecraft? You, then, are the ones that clearly haven't played long enough. Besides, the square moon cycles just look wrong.

As you see it's not completely round but it has the blocky appeal in its pixelated texture
just like the textures of eggs or ender pearls, or eyes of ender.

The round moon and sun look so much nicer, but the square moon and sun have been there watching over me since the time I made my first crafting box.

Get rid of cookies, and hills that aren't made up of large sheer faces. At a distance, plenty of things are round in minecraft, why not the moon and sun. After all, they are pretty far away.

Last comment, I R TIRED! But yeah, round wins (in my eyes) because the don't care is added to round vote since it's in the pre-release and notch likes it (I think) KBAIE PEOPLE WHO ARE GOING TO SPEND HOURS ON SOMETHING THATS GONNA CHANGE ANYWAYS
