YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, GO ROUND! Round looks a lot better. http://imgur.com/2iFRwIt still has the blocky appeal in its pixelated texture, just like the textures of eggs or ender pearls, or eyes of ender. Square moon phases look ridiculous. http://p.twimg.com/AbpDpUMCEAArLn1.gifAnd for anyone saying that it won't be like old minecraft, i was here since indev, i just don't fear change. Report Abuse Minecraft's blockyness is part of it's charm. it simply won't be the same without a square sun and moon. to quote the wiki "Notch COULD'VE made the sun round if he wanted to". it was IMO a statement. he could've but didn't Posted by Kippy in reply to thekillman October 13, 2011 at 3:05 pm. Report Abuse Eggs aren't square. Enderpearls aren't square. In fact, lots of things aren't square. The sun and moon should be round anyways because they are far away, and made up of lots of small blocks.
