What about the option of choosing square/round in the game.  everything in minecraft should be square lol  It's a square universe, so the moon should be square also.  From a distance the sun/moon WOULD look round despite being made of blocks. Give options or ready-made 'official' texture packs that are updated each release? I think having both is cool but they should add a option pannel to change the way you want the sun and t He moon to be :D I think we need an optionto turn it back and forth. When the poll was still very low in numbers I decided to see if anyone was cheating by switching the page back and forth on "don't care". The square number went up by at least three every time sometimes more but never less it was tied at the time but it's clear now that people are cheating to get their way which is sad. You could like build a rocket and get inside and you teleport there or maybe you could use a steering wheel and you could control the rocket by pressing: W:to go up

D:for moving the rocket right

Seeing as how everything is blocks in Minecraft a bit of diversity by making the sun and moon round would be a nice change to the default. Especially for those of us who dislike or hate using texture packs. Report Abuse There is. It's in the main menu. You click on the mod/texture pack button and picka texture pack with whatever shape you want.
