SQUAREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Protip: Like the sun and the moon square? Save the .png file associated with the sun and the moon as it is now, update, then replace. OR ask someone to create a 'classic' texture pack, including square sun and moon. HOWEVER, from my time with high-def texture packs before they became too much of a pain to reinstall, more realistic, rounded sun and moon do not detract from the mine craft experience. I think you should keep it square BECAUSE.....When minecraft 2,3,4,etc are released down the track the one thing that would be cool is if all the visuals become awesome EXCEPT for a pixelated moon and sun. It'll remind our great grandkids where it all started. :oP
Well, if you can get a texture pack to make them round... you can get one to make them square as well! See how the argument goes both ways? Posted by Selinaa in reply to Errr... October 14, 2011 at 2:46 am. Report Abuse

Posted by NiaBride October 14, 2011 at 2:45 am. Report Abuse You all know that I dont care means ROUND? :D YAY!!! Posted by Selinaa in reply to Selinaa October 14, 2011 at 2:44 am. Report Abuse "The winner is ROUND! :-D Naturally, I counted the "do not care" votes as "you decide". Next up, I'm invading a neighboring country." http://twitter.com/#!/notch Notch, I love you so much!!
Square ones definitely. Any round things in vanilla? And also itll b impossible to make sundials with round moons... D: If you want it to be round then get a texture pack. Nuff said. well its looks really close right now like a litteral 2% difference just make it an option like with the creative/survival thing
have it an option when your creating a world have a round sun/moon or square sun/moon button
Why are people still voting? Notch already decided the winner over an hour ago. Notch said winner was round because he added his own opinion as Don't care votes lol. That means round has 54 thousand votes :D Posted by Volkster October 14, 2011 at 2:39 am. Report Abuse Round for I sure. It would just look better. Posted by Ricki Jones October 14, 2011 at 2:39 am. Report Abuse "minecraft" and "round" are never supposed to go together.
if they make the sun round they may as well add flying pigs too. Posted by Ben Keenan in reply to Ricki Jones October 14, 2011 at 2:42 am. Report Abuse I have made many spherical shapes in Minecraft. And personally I think flying pigs would be amazing, especially if you could ride them!
